Goodbye Doesn't Mean Forever

After the summit, the Malaysian ambassadors had the opportunity to have a private session with Chris at her house. She gave us a discourse on egalitarianism. She's quite a discerning lady. =)

After that, off we went to Park Place Inn.

Once we dropped our bags in our rooms and had lunch, we walked to a nearby mall.

Most of us were impressed by the candy shop!

Sugar high Melvin.

The fountain at the mall.

For some reason, I badly wanted to touch the stones, look at it and admire it's weathered beauty.

So I bugged people to help pick out one stone.

And one kind soul did.
Thank you. =)

Well to me, it's pretty.

*stares at the stone and wonders at the petrogenesis of it*
*smiles*

Okay, okay...maybe that was kind of weird but don't you like stones too? No?
In 1971, the Apollo 15 brought moonrocks back to earth and I thought it'd be nice to get a piece of rock from LA; preferably one with a fossil record.

ANYWAY.

Jia Xiong and I at the mall.

Johnny Rockets - where we had dinner.

It was the kind that you take a whiff and your brain registers hypersonically how scrumptiously tantalizing it is.

BetterthanMcDonalds.

We started the next day with breakfast.

Then off we went to DISNEYLAND! :D

Like I said last year, Disneyland is the HAPPIEST place on Earth.

Outside Disneyland while waiting for tickets to enter:

Me and Mickey
(or Mickey Blockhead
)

Steph and I

Shya and I

Terence and I

From left: Jia Xiong, Jen, me, Richard, Bryan and Terence.

Finally, our tickets arrive!

First, we entered Disney's California Adventure Park.

Anyone fancy High School Musical 3?

Melvin and I pulling silly faces while the rest stopped for water.

The first ride we went for was The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror.

The interior of Tower of Terror:

Spooky in a way but awfully nice.

On it says: The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror features high-speed drops into the dark mysterious realm of the Twilight Zone.

I didn't like the sound of that.
I didn't like the ride either.

Steph and I on the way to Bugs Life Theatre.

BUGS LIFE THEATRE!

It's a 3D show called It's Tough To Be A Bug and I loved it.

Bryan and I with the bug glasses on.

The show was quite enchanting.
The last part was freaky enough to make me jump off my seat.
No, I am not telling you what happened but I felt molested.

The guy all the way to the left can mimic Donald duck REALLY well.
We were soo fascinated that we crowded around for a picture.

Next up was Toy Story Mania!

You and your partner enters a 4D world of midway-style games.
It's like being in a 4D arcade.

While we waited:

Aliff and I.

Aliff, Me, Bryan Melvin, and Jen with our 3D glasses on.

Jen and I.

It was a loooong queue but worth the wait. =)

The Jack Sparrow wannabe, Aliff and I.

Their next great idea was to go on California Screamin' - the roller coaster ride.

IT WAS SUPERB!

For everyone except Jia Xiong and I.

While everyone else went on the roller coaster, Jia Xiong and I went on a majestic ride WAYYYY more fun than the roller coaster.

King Trition's Carousel!

Me.

Jia Xiong.

Someone that looks like me.

The most fun ride ever. Weeeee!

Pluto and plutocrats of fun.

We then left Disney's California Adventure Park for lunch.

We had Mexican food and they all came in BIG portions.

Us at the table.

Melvin, Amelia and I while we waited to enter Disneyland.

At the entrance of Disneyland!

I remembered Space Mountain from last year as 'fun'.

My memory failed me.

Walt Disney, Bryan and I.

The main thing I fancy about the Pirates of the Carribean boat ride is seeing Jack Sparrow.
:D
Loovvveee him like crazy.

The Haunted Mansion

There's nothing scary about The Haunted Mansion.

Except stupid head-popping odious apparitions from behind columbariums and grotesque ghosts that appear at random right next to you.

Next ride: Winnie The Pooh

Bob, Terence and Bryan LOVING the ride.

It's absolutely pretty inside.

Disney treats
*slurps*

A magical show - Fantasmic!

The night ended with the Indiana Jones adventure.

I LOVE THIS RIDE.

It was then time to say goodbye to everyone.

:(

I was flying home on my own.

On the way to the airport,

we passed Six Flags California; famous for its superbly crazy rides.
Thank God that's not in our intenary or I may be puking even in Teacups at Six Flags California.

To celebrate my first time travelling alone overseas, I decided to reward myself...

with Godiva chocolate.

It was heavenly.

More treats for me thanks to Singapore Airlines. :D

Last but not least...

a picture of me butt-naked while I pee in the air.

"preferably one with a fossil record."
--'Eh, fossil records are based on the so called "Theory of Evolution" and are utterly untrustworthy.

"The last part was freaky enough to make me jump off my seat.
No, I am not telling you what happened but I felt molested."
--Hahaha. I experienced the theater, but in Florida. However, I had already gotten up from my seat by the time "that" happened, and I was wondering why everyone was jumping around and squealing. Hahaha. :P

"The Jack Sparrow wannabe"
--Haha! That's the worst imitation I've seen, yet. :D

"Me."
--That's...a pretty hot picture you. :D

"Someone that looks like me."

"OUR FAVORITE BEAR"
--Ahh. American spellings. :P

"It was heavenly."
--No, Janna, it was just tasty chocolate. :P

"Darn, what bathos huh?"
--The electrical outlet amuses me... :P

The WV was "bundle". Hahaha.
