Anger Management

Lately, I haven't been the HAPPIEST person in the world. I am not utterly depressed though.

Whenever I'm not too happy, guys would pop out the most cliche of questions laconically,
"PMS ah?"

IT'S NOT PMS.

Seriously guys, usually it only comes once a month and since it's a regular you get accustomed to it like fish to water.

I'm alive and well. It's just that there are a couple of things that faze me and one good example would be exams BUT that isn't the only thing, obviously.

Occasionally, I've been upset...

and angry...

and angrier still I can become.

So before I end up like this:

and before I let it rip...

I can't afford to let it rip...

so I got myself this book:

I'm going to record down every happy moment and memory so that I can flip through it everytime I'm not too happy, count my blessings and turn my sulky hulky face into this:

Recommended techniques of anger management:
1. Brownie with vanilla ice cream with a dash of Bailey's Irish Cream with a hint of caramel.
2. Sashimi [my RAWR fish] with a potent wasabi.
3. Soak in a hot chinese tea bath with fresh mint leaves and rose petals.
4. Cold shower adjusted to massage mode and maybe a body scrub.
5. Go play in the rain if nature is on your side.
6. Go for target practice with classical music on mp3.
7. Watch a comedy.
8. Read comics/manga/anything humorous.
9. Join a circus as the Lion Tamer.
7. For immediate relief my dad said, "Faster count from 1 to 10 slowly."
